Q. I'm interested in having design work done. How does the process work?
A. The design request and fulfillment process is pretty straight forward. Here's how the usual process breaks down...
Project Request
Head over to the Contact page and fill out the form fields listing your design request.
Shortly thereafter we will get back to you via email regarding the order. We can then hammer out the details and make sure that we are all on the same page. Having a design concept in mind will definitely expedite the process and ensure that you are getting exactly what you had in mind.
Quote
We will then put together a quote based on size, complexity, and turnaround time frame.
This quote will then be delivered via PDF to your email.
If the quote looks good, you can sign electronically and send back.
Final Product
Once the requested design is finished, a PDF sample will be delivered to your email for your review.
As soon as the design is approved and the terms of the quote are met on both ends, the design will be delivered upon receipt of final payment.
Q. Once the project is done, how will the design files be received?
A. Once we receive the final payment, the project files can be delivered to you several different ways based on your preference. We can supply the final project files to you via CD, flash drive, online (via Dropbox), or e-mail (depending on the size of the files). We will also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
Q. How are your fees established?
A. Most designs are charged by the hour. Complexity and revisions can adjust the price. If you would like to receive a price estimate, feel free to Contact us for a free estimate.
Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. We accept business checks, personal checks, money orders, & online payments through Zelle.
Q. Who owns the copyright for the work done by Tall Mule?
A. Once the final payment is received, the copyright is yours upon receipt of the final project files. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes (i.e. portfolio).
